seriously, we have one for sale.
actually, it has been for sale for a few months now.
we thought it would sell so fast. wrong.
it is a buyers market.
seems the market is FLOODED!
stinkin buyers can pick and choose any ole house they want.
take their time. look it over. hem and haw.
whatever happened to good old pressure?
what I wouldnt give for just a smidgen of
"quick honey, lets make an offer before it gets snatched up"
no-way...I am living in realty hell. (no I am not cussing...I think it may really be like this...waiting, waiting, waiting, hoping you are good enough, wishing for someone to notice you, wanting just for that special someone to look your way...it is either hell or high-school...I cant think which would be worse. )
so we wait. and we pay. through the nose.

Yikes! I hope my luck is better. I'm in Arlington and mine will be put on the market in about a week or two. Houses in the neighborhood have been selling like hotcakes as hundreds of people are being forced to move and relocate to make room for the new Cowboys stadium, so I hope my house will be grabbed up quick. You say yours has been on the market for months????? This makes me worry. I sure hope your house sells soon, best of luck.
